Pune, February, 2026: NDR Warehousing today announced the inauguration of its 0.7 million sq ft ‘NDR BigBox – Warehouse 2’ facility in Pune, further strengthening its presence in one of India’s most important logistics markets. The development is aligned with India’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and logistics ecosystem, driven by investments in highways, industrial corridors, and manufacturing-led growth.
The inauguration marks NDR Warehousing’s third project in Pune. With this addition, the company’s total operational footprint in the city has reached approximately 1.5 million sq ft, reinforcing Pune’s role as a core market within NDR’s national expansion strategy.
Located in Sudhawadi, Maval, just 5 km from Chakan, Pune’s prominent automobile and manufacturing belt, the facility underscores the strategic importance of Pune as both a logistics hub and a growing consumption centre. Its proximity to key industrial clusters, arterial highways, and Mumbai makes it a preferred destination for large-format warehousing serving e-commerce, 3PL, and manufacturing clients.
The facility is spread across 30 acres of leased land with 0.7 million square feet of developed space, allowing for large-format buildings, efficient circulation, and future scalability. Spread across three buildings, the project has attracted tenants from e-commerce, third-party logistics (3PL), and manufacturing sectors, reflecting strong demand for Grade A warehousing in the Pune region.
