Marking the Year of the Horse, the limited-edition menu titled “Take the Reins” brings together symbolism, flavour, and festive indulgence in a month-long celebration of new year prosperity.
Running from 15th February to 10th March 2026, the celebration transforms FOO at Kopa into a vibrant space for festive dining, offering guests a menu inspired by the spirit of energy, movement, balance and forward momentum associated with the Year of the Horse.
The experience begins with a thoughtfully crafted sushi selection extending to celebratory small plates concluding on a sweet note with Red Fortune Cherry Delight, a decadent dessert layered with mousse, chocolate sponge, and mascarpone cream.
