Speaking about Cream Rolls processed by Bakelite he said, “Cream Rolls that were available in local bakeries were very hard, not baked properly and the cream filling stuck to throat and mouth. In recent years, there has also been a growing demand for healthier alternatives to traditional cream rolls.
He further added, “There is also the slight mistrust of it being baked in the same facility where non vegetarian products were made. Most of the cream filling was either hard or caused discomfort to throat. The underlying thought was always to provide products with carefully chosen ingredients.”
