Vasectomy Camp Details :
The procedure takes 7 minutes, and after a half-hour rest, individuals can resume their daily activities. Participants will receive Rs. 5000 from the organization and Rs. 1100 as government subsidy. Those who bring participants for the vasectomy will receive Rs. 1000 from the organization and Rs. 200 as government subsidy. Attendees should bring copies of their Aadhar card and the first page of their bank passbook.
Need for Male Participation
Vasectomy is simpler compared to female sterilization procedures. Women handle multiple responsibilities, from managing the household to childbearing, rearing, and other domestic tasks. Hence, it is essential to increase male involvement in family planning rather than placing the entire responsibility on women.
