Pune HR Professional Mayur Bhongale Conferred with Honorary Doctorate by Thames International University

PUNE: In recognition of his significant contributions to the field of human resources, Pune-based professional Mayur Bhimraj Bhongale has been conferred with an Honorary Doctorate and the Excellence in Human Resource Award by Thames International University, Paris (France). The honour was presented at a formal ceremony held in Mumbai earlier this week.

Bhongale, who currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at BEIL Infrastructure, has over 20 years of experience in the HR sector. Known for his strategic planning, effective employee engagement, and institutional leadership, his initiatives have brought about impactful changes across several organisations, fostering progressive HR cultures and development-centric environments. The felicitation ceremony was attended by international dignitaries, including Dr. Naseer Afizuddin, Director of Prince Learning Centre, Malaysia, and senior academician Dr. Rakesh Mittal.

In his acceptance speech, Bhongale dedicated the recognition to his parents, Jayashree and Bhimraj Bayaji Bhongale, his wife Pooja, and son Atharva, acknowledging their constant support and encouragement. “This award is not just a personal milestone but a moment of pride for the entire HR fraternity.
