Pune, July 3, 2025 – Tredence, a leading provider of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and data science solutions, today announced a significant milestone in its India expansion journey with the launch of a new delivery center in Pune. This facility is set to become Tredence’s second-largest delivery hub in the country, with plans to expand its workforce to 1,000 employees by 2026.

Currently, the company has 400 professionals operating in Pune. Tredence aims to onboard 600 to 800 new business professionals over the next year as part of its ambitious 2025 expansion plan, which includes hiring a total of 1,700 employees across India. The company is focused on next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Advanced Data Engineering.

To bolster its innovation pipeline, Tredence has begun forming strategic partnerships with academic institutions in Pune. These collaborations aim to nurture future tech talent and strengthen the local AI ecosystem. In addition, the company’s AI accelerator, Tredence Studio, is driving efficiency by reducing implementation costs for clients while enhancing overall delivery capabilities.

Commenting on the launch, Munjay Singh, Chief Operating Officer at Tredence, said,
“Pune is our second-largest delivery hub in India. The city offers access to world-class talent and a vibrant innovation ecosystem. We are confident that the AI and data science solutions built here will deliver global impact.”

Rekha Nair, Chief Human Resources Officer at Tredence, added,
