Partition Horror Remembrance Day observed 

Pune: The National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) New Law College Pune organized an event to pay homage to the individuals who lost their lives during the partition on the occasion of Horror Remembrance Day, observed on 14th August 2024.
Student volunteers from NSS, along with first-year students, participated in the event under the guidance of Dr. Ujwala Bendale, Dean In-Charge Principal, Dr. Jyoti Dharm, Vice Principal, and Dr. Vidya Dhere, IQAC Coordinator, alongside other faculty members, together, they paid tribute to the victims by observing two minutes of silence and pledged to promote unity and peace among all citizens.
The NSS volunteers also displayed the documentary highlighting the hardships faced by the victims of partition. Dr. Ujwala Bendale, Dean In-Charge Principal, addressed the students highlighting the need to stay united.
The faculty members, NSS volunteers, and the students of Bharati Vidyapeeth (Deemed to be University) New Law College Pune took oath to stand united and to sink the differences like religion cast etc and cherish the principles like unity in diversity, equality, brotherhood
