Strategic Growth Plan: Global Revenue, Local Innovation
With a bold ambition to touch ₹500 crore in revenues by 2030, GTT Data will be focusing on strategic acquisitions and global partnerships over the next 12–18 months. While the company’s organic growth continues to focus on India, inorganic growth especially in Southeast Asia, the US, and Europe will play a central role in building global delivery capabilities and driving margins.
Mr Pankaj Samani, MD – GTT Data Solutions, said, “In Q1, we made meaningful progress across our growth pillars. With revenue at ₹25.44 crore and momentum building across sectors, we are well-positioned to scale rapidly over the next few quarters. Over the next 12–18 months, we will double down on strategic acquisitions and global partnerships to accelerate our international expansion and margin growth.
Our strategy is built on purposeful acquisitions and synergistic growth. We’re expanding in India and evaluating global opportunities to build a globally competitive Digital + Human Intelligence company. Our Dual Intelligence model—where AI and human expertise converge—will be central to this transformation. As part of this journey, our GTT Data AI Accelerator Network (GAIN) and partnerships with promising AI start-ups will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and delivering transformative value to our clients.”
Dr Ganesh Natarajan, Board Chair of GTT Data Solutions added “In an environment where traditional services models are under pressure and organisation pyramids are being questioned, GTT Data with its Dual Intelligence approach will help organisations to reimagine their business processes with AI at the edge of everything and enable our clients to design and implement game-changing AI across the organisation. These are exciting times and we are eyeing leadership in our chosen areas.”
Building a Future-Ready Workforce in Tier-II Cities
In line with its belief in inclusive innovation, GTT Data is making strategic talent investments outside of metro cities. The company is scaling its Sangli (Maharashtra) centre from 70 employees to 500 over the next three years, while continuing to recruit across its hubs in Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai.
Mr Gopal Patwardhan CEO , commented “AI is unlocking new career pathways for tier-II India’s white-collar talent. Through our partnerships with 75 engineering colleges and targeted hiring across domains like AI, cloud, and UX/UI, we’re not only building future-ready teams but also promoting equity in access to opportunity. Our talent strategy is a powerful enabler of scale, quality, and impact.”
Through long-term partnerships with engineering colleges and local institutions, the company is investing in next-generation talent across AI, cloud, automation, UX/UI, and analytics—capabilities reinforced through recent acquisitions.
Rebalancing Revenue Mix and Unlocking International Markets
Currently, 90% of GTT Data’s revenue is India-centric. By 2030, the company aims to flip this ratio to 60% international and 40% domestic, aligning with its global ambitions.
